The apartment is located on the first floor of a 500 m² villa. The apartment is completely separated from the floor above which is the office center and home of an environmental protection organization. The unique feature of the house is the view along coconut plantations, dunes, beaches and lagoons. It is surrounded by untouched nature and on a quite location that hasn’t been disturbed by neighbour buildings. The house on the first floor is permanently occupied which discards any security issue. Before the 100 m² living space are 100 m² of terrace which invite you to enjoy outdoors. There are 2 suites with private bathroom, a living room, a further bathroom, a full- equipped kitchen, living room, refrigerator, satellite TV (more than 100 channels available, also international channels). There is much space available and two sleeping- coaches allow 8 people to spend the night in the living room.

Diogo is a small fishing town, located about 70 km north of the airport of Salvador da Bahia. The town is located on a nature protected area and offers dreamlike beaches, freshwater lagoons, rivers, dunes and coconut plantations. Everything the town has to offer can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the airport is just 75 minutes away. But Diogo is still a fishing town and not a tourist destination. Most of all the people live a simple but happy life in harmony with nature. Go fishing, pick up fruit and do art work determine their daily routine. There is a very good restaurant at Diogo, which was even mentioned in the paper “Sueddeutsche Zeitung”. Further bars, restaurants and Tante Emma – shops can be found. Nature and sport fans will be pleased to have so much diversity to choose from. Doesn’t matter if you want to do canoe- tours, swimming, kite or windsurf, hiking tours through the beach and dunes, horseback riding or sighting of birds: everything is possible!

Information about the town The tourist complex Costa do Sauipe is just 3 km away, where you can find besides luxury hotels, restaurants, boutiques and shops the largest golf field of Bahia. Concerts and tennis/ golf tournaments are regularly held at Costa do Sauipe. The vacation complex Iberostar offers almost the same attractions. Iberostar is located 15 km away in Praia do Forte. At Praia do Forte is the turtle station Tamar and a large selection of boutiques, elegant restaurants and a very active nightlife. This is the place where the Salvador’s elite spends the weekend and where tourist of all around the world gather at the beaches. The fort called 'Garcia D Avila' is one of America’s unique forts built during the Portuguese discovering time. The building is one of the first settlements in the colonial history of Brazil.
