The spacious living froom, the open American kitchen with the adjoining breakfast nook have high ceilings und you will have sunlight in the entire house. The large slider doors can be wide opened and gives you a feeling of an enormous living room. We offer you high speed internet access. The pool can be heated up in the cold winter months or just enjoy it in summer to cool off after a sun bath. In a separate courtyard you have the spa which can also be electrically heated. Enjoy the privacy in this courtyard listining to the sound of the waterfall.

Villa Golden Sunset is located right on the 'Eight Lakes' which means very close to shopping facilities and restaurants. Cape Coral is called 'Vencie of Florida' because of the extensive waterways. It is located on the West Gulf coast of Florida. Islands as Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island can be reached by car as well as by boat. Sanibel is wellknown for its large variety of shells - enjoy a walk on the beach and find some unique shells. It is also a golfer's paradise as you have more than 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive. The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car, Busch Gardens in Tampa is approx. 2 hours away. Visit the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Estate (museum) in Ft. Myers. Cape Canaveral is approx. 5 hours away and don't forget to go to South Beach in Miami. Shopping malls and outlets are very close. But whatever you are looking for to do in your holidays - you will find it - either you just want to relax or you wonna be busy. Cape Coral is the right place for you!

Villa Golden Sunset is a vacation home that offers you a very comfortable stay in luxury - just bring your personal belongings and relax from the first minute on. You have access from the master suite, the living room and the large entry to the lanai with its wonderful view of the lake. The kitchen with its granite countertops is fully equipped. Enjoy your breakfast either at the breakfast nook or in the private courtyard listening to the sound of the waterfall. The sitting area on the lanai does not get any sun so that you can enjoy your lunch and dinner much better. The master suite and the living room have TVs. When you open the slider doors from the master suite you can step out directly to the courtyard. The master suite has an adjoining bath. Both guest bedrooms share one bath. On the lanai you have a separate guest bath. Having wonderful BBQ nights on this lanai in a combination with Floridian sunsets will make this vacation unforgetable. Trust me.
