Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Price per night: € 49.00 (Monday - Thursday) or € 54.00 (Friday to Sunday) per person, German vacations and all week days in weeks with a holiday are € 54.00 per person. A 30% discount off the regular price for every extra person starting with the 7th person. Children up to 12 stay for free. 10% early booking discount from the rental price (for a booking 4 months or more in advance). Minimal booking: 6 people (full price). Maximum booking: 13 people. Minimal length of stay: 3 nights. Final cleaning: per person € 16.00 for normal cleaning (therefore, leave the kitchen clean as well). You can also let us clean the kitchen for you. We then place the bill for cleaning in the invoice according to time needed for € 25.00 an hour. Included in the rent price: 3 hour city guide.
    For arrivals after 22:00, there will be a fee of € 20.00, after 23:00 a fee of € 30.00 (paid when keys are received).
  • Payment conditions and cancellation: 20% of the bill is to be paid 1 week after the booking, the rest is to be paid 20 days before the rental. After the rental term, if needed, there will be a final bill for additional services used, along with possible damages. For a cancellation of the booking 30 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation payment will be paid back. For a cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival, the reservation payment will not be paid back. For a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the bill will be due. If the reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount will be placed in a bill. Security deposit: please give our employees a security deposit of € 200 inc ash upon arrival. You will get the security deposit in cash upon departure. The security deposit will be held if there are abrasive infringements upon the house rules.
  • Additional services: upon request, we can organize a cooking class (see program). Length 6-7 hours (including shopping together), flat rate of € 270.00. You can also expand the city guide (mas and mas mas andando) for € 40 or € 80. The spice box: we have prepared about 35 herbs and spices, along with a very good olive oil. So that you do not have to buy the entire package when you might only need a small amount. For €30.00, it will be available to you for cooking. All prices include 7% sales tax.

The kitchen, cozy-stylish dining room and the living room with a salon and entrée are located from the street. On the back side of the 25 m long apartment, at the end of the hallway, you will find the bedrooms. Thus, this guarantees that the guests can also sleep while others are enjoying the evening.

The large table has stylish and comfortable chairs and is covered with beautiful, high-quality products from 'Villeroy & Boch'. High stuccoed ceilings in the entire apartment. Large, very well equipped kitchen (8 people can work together there without getting in the way of each other), the window breakout with a bar reaching to the dining room is very communicative. Live where it is the most beautiful The apartment is located about 100m from the shopping line in Barcelona that stretches out from the Ramblas through the Avd. Diagonal. The largest market in Barcelona, 'La Boqueria', is located directly on the Ramblas and can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus. The bus comes very close to the house and stops right before the market. There is a taxi stand 100 m from the apartment, for € 5-7 you can get to the market. Another very beautiful market (St. Antoni) can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. There are very good supermarkets (such as Caprabo) about 200 m away. A shop for bio-food and one of the best pastry shops in Barcelona are just around the corner. The following shops are located near the apartment: Caprabo supermarket, about 200 m away, bakery and cafe 'el Fornet', internet café, banks and pharmacies are also nearby.
