In green Westend in the nature reserve area of 'Ruhlebener Fliess' you will find a 2 story house for the maisonette holiday apartment. Light and well-lit. The apartment consists of a living room, fully equipped with a single bed in the cabinet, dining table and built-in kitchen with all devices including freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A bathtub with enough built-in furniture invites you to relax. Through the inner staircase you can reach the open gallery with a French double bed, a cabinet and the television. The apartment was built in 1989 and newly renovated in 2005. The holiday apartment is absolutely peacefully located near the green forest. The bus and subway connection can be reached in a five minute walk and brings you to the center of the city in about 15-20 minutes. Near the accommodation you will find the Berliner Olympic stadium, the 'Messe Berlin', the ICC and the radio tower. A Lidl market with merchandise for everyday use is next to the subway.

After about 40 m you will find the Murellenweg on the right. From the north A 111 direction Charlottenburg, exit Spandauer Damm. Turn right to Spandau (see upper description above). A subway station (7 minute walk) from the Olympia Stadium. Arrival by train: ICE train station Berlin-Spandau only a few bus stations away. The metro-bus also comes here.
