Areias Dos Moinhos villa Rental Property Information

This attractive villa is located in Areias Dos Moinhos Carvoeiro on a property of approx. 3200 m². There is a large foyer, a living room with fireplace and adjacent dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located in the ground floor, the fourth bedroom lies in the first floor and has access to the 20 m2 roof deck with sea view. The villa was built in 1981 and was completely renovated in 1996. All wiring was replaced, bathrooms and kitchen modernized as well as a gas-central heating installed. A wireless ADSL Internet access as well as Internet telephone is available in the house; both can be used by guests free of charge. In front of the living-dining room lies an 8 x 4.5 m large solar heated pool, surrounded by a large terrace and a barbecue with sitting area. Apart from that the villa owns a private tennis court and is at a distance of just a few minutes by foot from the town centre and beach.

The villa is situated above the center in Carvoeiro. Town centre and beach can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Praia Do Carvoeiro is probably the most beautiful place in the Algarve with a particularly good international tourism. There are 2 golf courses on site, which are rated among the best in Europe. 10 more beautiful golf courses are established in the radius of 20 km.

Notes:

A housemaid takes care of all the daily routine housework, 6 days a week (laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc.). There is a possibility to preheat the swimming-pool in the winter months (November-April) for a flat rate of 150 Euros. In the remaining months, a pleasant pool temperature is ensured by the solar heating attached to the pool. The air condition is located in the living room, all other rooms have no air condition.
