Ocho Rios villa Rental Property Information

Stone Harbour is a recently renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa located on the sea in Old Fort Bay, Ocho Rios. The main villa has a large master bedroom along with two additional bedrooms and a separate cottage that has a pool cabana and a upstairs ?Getaway? bedroom suite.

A porte cochere entrance provides protection from sun or rain. On entering the spacious main house a gallery on the left takes you to all 3 bedrooms or to the right into the living room and dining area. The gallery has a seating area for reading, bookcases with books, CDs and DVD's and a game table.

The living room area has a TV (36? TV with DVD, VCR, cable and CD player) and flows into a dining room with seating for 8. The living room also has an indoor bar with separate refrigerator.

Outdoors the lawn is split into two levels. On the upper level along with the main villa is a swing set with slide for children. On the lower level is the pool and a cottage that houses the pool cabana downstairs and the ?Getaway? suite upstairs. The pool cabana has its own serving bar, bar chairs with tables and a powder room. Outside the cabana is an outdoor shower and a barbecue. The lawn area is large and great for kids.

The large free form pool has lounge chairs and looks out to the sea. The pool has a wonderful jucuzzi. Ocean swimming is easy from the villa and a short distance offshore is a beautiful coral reef prefect for snorkeling. The private beach at Old Fort Bay is just a few steps away for those preferring a sandy entrance into the water.

Bedroom Configuration:

-Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large seating area. This bedroom has a TV, VCR, DVD, a/c, ceiling fan and room safe. There is also a desk with access to the internet and a fax/printer. The en-suite bathroom has tub and shower and a bidet.
-Bedroom 2 - this bedrooms has two twin beds that can be put together to make a king. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, safe, TV with VCR and DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
-Bedroom 2 - this bedrooms has two twin beds that can be put together to make a king. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, safe, TV with VCR and DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
-Bedroom 4 - Upstairs from the pool house is the ?Getaway? suite. This room has a double bed, queen sofa, a/c, ceiling fan, TV, VCR and DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower. The Getaway suite has its own private veranda with chairs and umbrella overlooking the pool and sea beyond.

The villa is fully staffed with a marvelous cook, butler, housekeeper and gardener.
