Sea Grapes is a charming and well appointed 3-bedroom beach villa with separate 2-bedroom cottage. The villa is located on a private white sand beach on exclusive Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay.
The two-story entry leads into a living room with vaulted ceiling and second floor gallery and indoor dining area. These rooms open onto a large, covered verandah (30 x 15) with dining area. This exceptional outdoor area overlooks the bay and coastal mountains and affords views of the sunsets. Beyond the covered verandah are the beautiful gardens, large lush green lawns, fresh water pool, private white sand beach, gazebo and a sunning terrace. A romantic seaside gazebo is perfect for sunset cocktails or reading a good book during the day. The villa comes with 3 sea kayaks and has a lighted tennis court for more active outdoor activities.
Bedroom Configuration:
Main House - three well appointed (Ralph Lauren sheets, down pillows, air conditioning) bedrooms.
-Bedroom #1 (12 x 14) has a king bed (or twins), with full bath and bidet. This upstairs bedroom has French doors to a private balcony with views of scenic Discovery Bay and the mountains beyond.
-Bedroom #2 (12 x 14) upstairs, has queen bed and full en suite bathroom.
-Bedroom #3 (11 x 14) has two twin beds or can be made into a king, en suite full bathroom, views of bay and grounds. This bedroom is on the ground floor.
Cottage - The cottage, situated between the main villa and the tennis courts has two comfortable bedrooms that can be made up either as king or twin bedrooms. The cottage also has a lovely, newly built entrance porch with seating area.
-Cottage bedroom #1 (10 x 10) has a king bed or two twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower only.
-Cottage bedroom #2 (10 x 10) has a king bed or two twins and en suite bathroom with shower only.
The villa is fully staffed with cook, butler/gardener and house housekeeper.
