Whitehouse villa Rental Property Information

Lime Acre is a beautiful and unique 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront villa with separate 2 bedroom cottage located in Whitehouse on Jamaica?s tranquil south coast. The villa is about 1 mile to the new Sandals Whitehouse resort. Built in the 1920's as the residence of a lime plantation owner the villa sits on approximately 4 acres of land, filled with mangoes and other fruit trees. The design makes extensive use of Jamaican mahogany and other tropical hardwoods incorporated into beamed ceilings and built-in closets. Many of the furnishings are original to the house, or beautifully crafted reproductions. Lime Acre is approximately 11/2 hours from the Montego Bay airport and about 1 hour from Negril.

The main house consists of 3 upstairs bedrooms; two of which have magnificent views of the sea and open to a verandah with views of the sea and gardens; the third bedroom has an adjoining sitting area overlooking the pool and sea. The ground floor has a spacious living/dining room with beamed ceilings, a den with TV and a wrap-around verandah for sitting and dining, and a terrace overlooking the pool. The cottage has two bedrooms with one full bathroom, and a porch with sea and garden views. Outdoors the villa is surrounded by gardens and rolling lawns overlooking the sea. Next to the beach is a small, shady terrace with tables for relaxing or dining, and a jetty.

-Bedroom 2 Second floor, with views of gardens and sea, twin bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in closet and bathroom with full bath and shower across the hall. Walk out to the verandah, shared with master bedroom.
-Bedroom 3 Second floor, view of garden, king 4-poster bed with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room connects to a small sitting area with views of the pool and sea.

Cottage
-Bedroom #4 King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, shared bathroom and porch with views of garden and sea.
