Rock Hill is designed to be the ultimate in family vacation living. Silver Sands beach, a short walk or ride in the two golf carts, has perfect white sand beach with clear blue water. Silver Sands Beach is one of the nicest beaches in Jamaica.

Rock Hill was designed with children in mind while providing all the amenities and features adults appreciate. The 2-level swimming pool with separate shallow section for relaxing (or non-swimmers) and the larger swimming section is ideal for children of all ages. The lower level with the pool and marble deck has a pool-side game terrace with table football and ping pong, a state-of-the-art workout room with TV, gazebo with wet bar and a fish pond...all with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. At the rear of the house is a 9-hole professionally maintained putting green where golfers can practice their stroke before heading off to one of the 5 18-hole courses within approximately a 30 minute trip. There is also a game room with attached bathroom that can be converted into an additional bedroom if required.

Stairs from the pool level lead up to the spacious verandah and main level of the house. The verandah overlooks the pool area and the sea. From the verandah the airy and open plan of the main floor can be enjoyed: the unobstructed view through the house to Rock Hill Park, and the two-story vaulted ceiling. The main floor has 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, two with an adjoining shared bathroom and a nursery bedroom.

An open wooden staircase leads up to the spectacular master suite with reading/TV gallery seating area, bedroom with a built-in king-size bed, custom designed walk-in shower, walk-in closet and balcony with spectacular views of Silver Sands and the sea. The interior bedroom walls are louvered to control the degree of privacy or openness.

Although the bedrooms are all air conditioned, the constant breezes flowing through the house makes this a feature that you will probably never use.

-Master Bedroom located upstairs has a king-size bed, spectacular walk-in shower, full en-suite bathroom, and adjoining gallery for reading or watching Television.
-Bedroom #2 on the main level has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
-Bedrooms #3 & #4 on the main level, have double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and share a full bathroom
-Bedroom #5 on the main level is a children's room with twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and adjoining bathroom.
