Lime Tree Villa located in the lovely Hermosa section of Ocho Rios, has been completely remodeled and redecorated in great style and taste. This truly elegant home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and a private master suite cottage, all with en suite baths, air conditioned and ceiling fans.
A large new terrace has been built directly off each bedroom on both the first and second floor. Views from any of Lime Tree's terraces are breathtaking, looking east towards the bluffs of White River Bay. The comfortable living room flows into the outside through large French doors. Dining can be inside in the airy dining room, outside under the covered terrace, in the new fireplace house, or by the large fresh water pool. The villa has satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom and full stereo system.
The villa is beautifully furnished with Jamaican bamboo and original art.
Lime Tree is fully staffed with an excellent cook, housekeeper and gardener.
Bedroom Configuration:
-Bedroom #1 Master Bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and large private terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a private bathroom with both shower and tub, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
-Bedroom #2 First floor bedroom with French doors to the ground floor terrace. The bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, bath with shower and tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
-Bedroom #3 First floor bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with shower only.
-Bedroom #4 Second floor with Queen bed and a single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower. The room looks out to the side and front gardens.
-Cottage Suite large private cottage directly next to the villa and built in 2003 as a second master suite. The views are to the sea and garden. The 3 twin beds or king bedroom + one twin, opens to a large private terrace. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. The cottage has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
