The apartment has an area of 37 m² and is suitable for 2 to 4 people and is made up of an anteroom with countertops, a living/bed room with double bed, 2 sofas, a dining corner and a small oven; 2 bathrooms – 1 with a shower & WC and the other with a WC, bidet and a balcony. Dishrags and bed sheets on site with an electronic access system for the apartment, environment safe according to the DIN norm 14001, with solar-photovoltaic equipment and a rain collector as well as garbage sorting according to the most current state of technology. Our house has a large wellness area (Finnish and Turkish sauna) with a jacuzzi, solarium, table tennis room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, mountain bike and ski storage room, a Tyrol parlor with a tiled stove, lounge and breakfast room, kid’s room, large sun patio, elevator and garage space.
