Depending on bookings by other guests, you may contact us to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure times by a few hours. Rates include electricity, gas, routine house cleaning before and after your stay and fortnightly laundry supply. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
  • At the end of your stay if you wish to extend your stay and the property is not already booked, additional nights can be arranged at favourable rate per night or the full weekly rate should you reserve a further week.

    If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks to check-in date and after which the remaining balance must have been paid, refund of such balance is subject to the reletting of the property for the originally booked period.
