- EXTRAS :
* Car transfer to/from airport/stations (from 60 Euros)
* Mobile telephone rental (5 Euros per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile to talk for free with the other one.
* Broadband wireless Internet connection kit (installation and use) :
* Up to 1 GB 30 Euros per week
* Up to 2.5 GB: 40 Euros per week
* Up to 5 GB: 50 Euros per week
- A 20% deposit is payable at booking (no charges for bank transfers or postal orders, a small charge applies to payments made by cheques in Euros or credit cards). Cash in Euros at check-in for the balance payment.
Security deposit: 200 Euros refundable at the end of the stay.

Cancellation Policy The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
OTHERWISE :
If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
