  • This delightful apartment has two double bedrooms with en suite marbled bathrooms. They are completely separate and you should not hear any noise from any of the rooms . In the huge sitting room there are Two SOFAS that open to be 1m30 BEDS EACH. If in use the third bathroom with shower and a big cupboard is next door. The apartment is transversal so that even at the height of summer a draft flows across the apartment cooling it without effort. The two bedrooms and the kitchen have a most wonderful view of Cap D'Antibles and most morning you will see the sunrise over Antibes' hills while laying in your bed. Both bedrooms are very large with lots of cupboards and their own marbled bathroom and romantic mosquito nets. One has a king size bed and a large balcony. The other bedroom is arranged as two single beds. THERE IS A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX.

For WINDSURFING,SAILING,CATAMARAN -We recommend private lessons 58 Euros for one person,68 Euros for 2 per hr @Moure rouge BEACH, You can do Para sailing, jet ski and fun sea activities. YOU can get FRESHLY CAUGHT FISH 1mile drive from residence at MOURE ROUGE PORT every morning from 9- 12 am. THERE ARE 6 YEARLY FIREWORKS competitions in Cannes Bay in July August.

OUR RESIDENCE This residence is mostly OWNER OCCUPIED - very few apartments are rented out. It makes it an extremely quiet property almost as if it is your own only. There is no rush at the pools. Even the first two weeks of August, you might not have much more than 20 people at each pool. The Big pool is a little busier than the small one in front of our terrace. When lunch is ready, a quick quiet call to our children at the small pool. 5 minutes later we are sitting down at the table. We have a very quiet apartment inside as well, where you do not hear your neighbours and not even the other people living in the apartment, as each of the bedrooms are very separate from each other and from the sitting room. You can take a boat to St Tropez. Departure 10h15 return on the boat at 16h30 arrival Cannes 17h45. SOUTH OF FRANCE has a quality of life that cannot be described. You have to experience it to understand what we mean. A Safe box is provided

DAY OUT ON SAILING BOAT Instead of going to the beach, We like to go on a sailing boat for the day 'THE FOLLY TOO' from Cannes port. Departure at 10h30am . The Captain Pierre and his wife Joyce are extremely organized, lots of fun to be had, Up to 10 guests are on the boat. Guests are welcome to pull sails, stir the boat's wheel and do what one does on a boat. Children will have games....A wonderful buffet will be served at 13h00 with coffee , ice cream from the ice cream boat. I like to do nothing at all !!! Around 16h00 again Sailing, drinks and return by 18h30 . Adults 90 Euros , Children below 12y 50 Euros , above 60 Euros. Just check the weather to know the wind speed the day before. It will give you an idea of what kind of sailing you are likely to get..... I have been so many times on this boat I cannot count them any more.

Circus/ Bicycling around Nice Each August CIRCUS GRUSS is coming first to CABRIS , then to VALBONNE. I recommend it highly as it is always a very sophisticated show with very good acts and costume. I usually book just above the entrance. You have to call the circus directly to book this VIP section.Nice Cycle Tours. A guided bicycle tour which covers Nice's architectural, historical and cultural landmarks with the best places to eat and drink thrown in. Each tour lasts approximately 3 hours. Bicycle, cycle helmet and a free coffee included.
