BOOKING AND PAYMENT One third of the total amount is invoiced and due payable at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit to be paid in full two months before arrival. DEPOSIT A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the rental is held against utility and sevice charges and any damages or breakages which may occur during your stay. All household utility services i.e electricity,gas,oil, telephone/fax call charges, movie rentals, will be deducted from the deposit. Usage is metered and charged at cost. We aim to return the security deposit balance as soon as possible , this can take from 1 to 15 days. You will receive a detailed statement for the charges.
