  • A deposit of 150 British pounds or equivalent for breakages or damages to be refunded back to you if there are no breakages or damages.

    Smoking on the balcony and on the grounds are permitted.

All bedrooms are insect screened, have wall to wall wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious with all en-suit. They can configure to suit your specific requirements including twin and king size beds. Large Mexican pine chester drawer, large chevel mirror, two bed-side table with lamps. The beds are covered with exquisitely hand-made designer bed spread and pillow cases. They are light and airy with a luxurious and tranquil feel with a romantic ambiance. You can view the ocean first thing in the morning and last thing at night through your bed-room windows. With the natural cool breeze coming from the ocean/sea view often makes it un-necessary to make use of the air-conditioning.
