    All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the
    deposit of $200 or £100 has been received.
    2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made
    within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.

    3. A security deposit of $300/£150 is payable.
