    Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW), covering breakages up to the value of $500 is required and added to your booking quotation which is $73.45 inclusive of tax. And that is it.

    Pool heat is available, if desired for $30 per day excluding 13% sales tax.

    Bookings of less than one week all incur an additional cleaning charge of $145 excluding taxes (13%)

  • You can pay in US$ or GBP direct to our account. For the UK and those paying in GB£ we accept cheques and payments via bank accounts. Payment in US$ can be made via our bank account or via Pay Pal using a card which is subject to their usual comission charge of 4%. If you wish to confirm the dates a non refundable deposit is required of 20% of the total booking value to secure the reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive cleared funds. The balance is required 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa will indicate your desire to cancel the reservation and you accept your deposit is lost. Rates are subject to change without notice but once confirmed and your booking deposit is paid your price is fixed and cannot be changed by us. If you book within 10 weeks of travel, the total cost is due immediately upon making your reservation.
  • Access details to the villa will be given approximately 10 days prior to departure. You will collect access codes and a local information pack from our managing agents in Kissimmee who have all authority to ensure your holiday is as comfortable as our descriptions suggest. It is a short drive to the villa from the welcome centre.
    Pool heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. It is not mandatory at any time though and also can be selected for any month.
    Just Dreamin' is a luxury appointed villa suitable for up to 13 persons.

BBQ is available at extra cost on order from the villa management. The games room will ensure the children and the older children (!) have a great time on the table football, darts and pool. The air conditioning also works as a heating system for those more chilly days in winter. Cable TV is provided and also wireless internet (wi-fi) is available at no cost.
