Capanna is a very cozy, intimate, independent barn on the larger estate of Piaggione di Serravalle.
The barn sits in a discreet position of the estate, has a private terrace equipped with BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella. It has a direct access to the wellness area and to the large panoramic swimming pool.
Inside, the barn offers a cozy lounge with fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, a twin and double bedroom and a bathroom.
The decor is simple, typical of country houses, yet fully functional.
The barn can be rented for a group of 4 from May to September.
Between October and April (winter holidays and Easter excluded) the house can only be rented with La Nostra for larger groups of min 8 guests.
