You will be impressed with what you see. I can safely say that it actually looks better in person than in pictures. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed internet. The neighbourhood is lively with tons of shops and restaurants. You can find a restaurant that serves almost any type of food you can think of within walking distance. Close to buses and trains, walking distance to the empire state building, the Chrysler building, Gramercy park, etc.
