    A $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival date and this is taken to cover any breakages or damage to the house, the house will be inspected on your departure date by our management company and your $500 will be refunded once the house has been found with no breakages or damage.
  • Payments will be due in full if your arrival date is less than 60 days away, if your arrival date is more than 60 days away we ask a $500 deposit, this $500 is deducted from your final amount due. your final balance payment would then be due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

    We accept payments by check/cheque , bank transfer, (paypal but please add 4% to any payments made), (credit cards, but please add 3% to cover charges)
