  • A deposit of 25% of the full rental is payable upon confirmation of the booking .
    A telephone/Fax/Email reservation will be held for 7 days until payment of the 25% deposit is received. The
    booking will not be secured until the deposit payment has been made.
    Bookings made within 8 weeks the arrival time require payment in full.
  • You must arrive at the villa between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the rental start date, and you are required to vacate
    the property by 10. 00 a.m on the last day, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If these times are difficult please
    advise at the time of booking and we will try to make alternative arrangements with our manager.
  • A Security Deposit of 2000 EUROS is payable 2 weeks before your arrival, against damages, breakages, final
    cleaning (in excess of 8 hours) and utility charges if any ( telephone).

    This payment will be refunded in full minus cost of damages, breakages, extra-cleaning and charges as
    mentioned above..
    A cheque will be sent to you subject to confirmation that no damage has occurred.
