Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A 20% deposit is required on booking. Payment of the balance is required 1 month before your stay. Payment in Euros is preferable but payment in GBP can be arranged at the rate of exchange at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer either in GBP or Euros. A 200 Euro breakages deposit is required 1 week before your stay which will be reimbursed as soon as the local manager has checked the apartment after your stay.

    INCLUDED IN COSTS-Heating, electricity, all linen and towels and local manager. Washing machine/tumble drier and hairdrier are provided. We do not charge for end cleaning of the apartment as we expect guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy at the end of their stay. We will however withhold 50 Euros from the security deposit if the apartment is left in an unreasonably untidy condition.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS-Local tourist tax is payable with the balance in Euros. Tourist taxes of 1.40 Euros per adult per night and 0.43 Euros per child per night.
  • Apartment Elizabeth is strictly a non smoking property.

    No pets allowed.
  • Arrival and departure.
    Check in 16:00-19:00hrs A local manager will meet you at the apartment house.
    Check out 10:00am. If you need to check in/out at other times, contact us in advance as we can be flexible.

    Shops in Austria are closed on a Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday so we can arrange groceries for you if you arrive at the weekend if needed. Please contact us to arrange this.

  • All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and all have space for a cot of which 2 are available. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (bunk-bed room) are adjoining and bedroom 1 has en-suite wet room shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 1 and 2 together with en-suite bathroom make an ideal suite of rooms for a family. The lounge has 2 large comfortable double sofa-beds which together could accomodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Apartment Elizabeth is on the second floor of a small apartment house with 3 apartments in total. There are 3 small flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment house backs onto pine forest and has it's own shared garden which guests have the use of. Please be aware that during the summer months a mountain stream runs through the grounds of the apartment but is not easily accessible. Apartment Elizabeth offers safe off road parking and a garage space.
