  • Rates are based on the number of rooms that are booked. The above rental rates are for a 6 bedroom booking. Less rooms can be booked. Stays longer or shorter will be calculated per day based on the base rate.

    Christmas (Dec 19-27) and New Year (Dec 27-Jan 3) have a special rate of $6700 per week, 7 bedrooms bookings only.

    A deposit of 25% of the total rent will be required at the time of booking to secure the dates required and the balance is due 60 days (90 for christmas/new year) prior to arrival.

    The rates for different number of rooms rentals, per week:
    Winter: 3br $3,500, 4br $4,000, 5br $4,500, 6br $5,000, 7br $5,600
    Summer: 3br $2,500, 4br $3,500, 5br $4,000, 6br $4,500, 7br $4,970

    The rates are based on double occupancy. We can accommodate larger groups, setting up extra beds for additional guests. There is an additional cost for the additional guests: $35 per person per day.
  • Damage Deposit of $500 US is required at the time of final balance. This deposit will be returned to the guest within a week after departure as long as no damage to the property is reported.

    Payment methods: check, money order, money wire transfer, credit cards (visa, master).
  • Staff gratuity of 10-15% is customary and paid at the end of the vacation by the guest, in cash, directly to the staff.

    Note: All taxes are included in the rent. The cook and other staff also included in the rent.

Bathroom 5 is shared with bedroom 5 and 6. Bedroom 7 has its own bathroom. Bathroom 6 is a common bathroom ideal for outdoor activity and for guests.

  • Valley High Villa is always set for 12-16 guests. All the 7 bedrooms are beautifully decorated with tropical colours and uplifting, fresh and exotic designs. Larger groups can be accommodated, by adding extra beds into the larger bedrooms. The villa has extra beds ready for the additional guests and the rooms will be set up as necessary. For these larger groups (max 20) there is an additional charge for the additional guests, per person per day. Next door 'sister villa’ with 5 more bedrooms! There are 4 large bedrooms on the upper level of the villa, all with their luxurious ensuite bathrooms, 20 ft high vaulted ceilings and ocean and mountain views. The master bedroom is very large and has a separate sitting area. There are 2 smaller bedrooms on a lower level that share the bathroom in the middle and one bedroom with its own bathroom, all share terrace outside. All bedrooms have a/c, fans, tiled floors, mosquito nets and screened windows and fabulous views.

Valley High Villa is very child friendly and 2 cribs, 2 child chairs, toys and movies are provided. Baby sitting is available at additional cost, paid directly to the staff. Professional and licensed massage therapist, offering full range spa services, on call. Backyard garden has original Jamaican grills and any grilled foods can be requested. A lovely pavilion with a mesmerizing view, good for special, romantic moments. Private pool opens up to fabulous views and guests can enjoy meals by the pool.

Transportation and Large Group bookings The guests can reserve our private driver for any of their transportation needs; airport transportations from and to the airport, either Montego Bay or Kingston, tours, shopping, special trips, etc. The driver can be booked as a full time driver package or arrangements can be made as needed directly with the driver at the villa. There are 4 vehicles available, all new and very comfortable; 7 seater van, 15 seater, 25 seater and 35 seater minibuses. The owner of the villa can make the initial reservation with the driver for the airport pick up on arrival, all payments and further arrangements will be made directly by the guest with the driver. For large group bookings, we can link with 2 neighbour villas right next door and together these villas accommodate up to 40 people. Ideal for Weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, golfing parties, etc.

Food and meals Valley High VIlla has a full time chef/cook at the villa, ready to provide the guests with fabulous meals of their choice. The services of the cook and other staff is included in the villa rate, but a customary 10-15% gratuity is to be paid at the end of the vacation, in cash, directly to the staff. Before the guests arrive, a food request list is asked to be filled by the guest. This list is for the cook to be able to purchase and stock up the kitchen for the arriving guest, so that the first 24 hours are taken care of and the guest can arrive and relax. In this list the guest can request their first lunch and/or dinner and first breakfast that they wish the cook to prepare and serve. The second day the guest reimburses the cook for the shopping expenses. Then the guest may plan with the cook the meals and food shopping for the rest of the vacation. Regardless who shops, the guest, the cook or both, the guest is responsible for the cost of all food and drinks.

Valley High Villa consists of a large hillside property, a plantation of hundreds of fruit trees. There is a spring water river that runs through the property at the bottom of the hill and it's a fun place to take a dip and feel the clear cold water on a hot day. Guests must be aware though that the hillside is very steep. It is not easy to walk down to the river. Good walking shoes are needed. This is a serious hike that is recommended only for the fit and serious nature lovers. You may pick citrus fruits and other exotic fruits that grow on the property while wondering around the hillside. The view from the property is absolutely fabulous, all around the mountains, over the town of Runaway Bay , the turquoise blue Caribbean Ocean and our local Breezes Golf Course.
