The flats, belonging to different typologies, are furnished in the classical Tuscan style; the floors are made of earthenware tiles and ceilings of visible beams and mizzens. Each flat is provided with: bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating system, microwave oven, kitchen area with dishwasher and satellite TV. Each flat has, besides the shared spaces, a small external equipped yard. The complex can be accessed to through a remote-controlled gate directly in the parking area. The flat, which was obtained from the old barn, is situated on the western edge of the village and can be reached from a paved terrace of earthenware tiles which forms the charming external yard equipped with garden furniture. The entrance door leads directly to the lounge dining area provided with sofa bed, on the right side a door glass door gives onto the small square. The kitchen area, separated from the living room, is equipped with a four-.burner gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge.
