  Security deposit: In some cases the owner requires a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £500 prior to the start of each holiday. This is returned to the hirer at the end of the stay less the cost of making good any damage or loss to the property for any extra cleaning (deemed beyond the normal levels expected) found necessary following the stay. This deposit is payable by cheque upon arrival at the Lodge.

  Smoking: No smoking in the property/Outside only/etc
• If let self-catered, a daily maid is available by arrangement. A package to include daily housekeeping and a full time cook hired per week can be organised upon request in advance of arrival at the property. Menus can be discussed with the cook prior to arrival. Please enquire at the time of booking if you want these services.
  
  The kitchen has a large gas cooker and electric oven, table and chairs, a dishwasher and a utility area with washing machine and dryer. There are kennels for two dogs. Dogs are allowed on the ground floor of the lodge.
  
  Wines & Flowers can be ordered and delivered directly to the Lodge by prior arrangement.
  
  Fishing for brown trout is available if a local permit is arranged. Stalking and hunting for red roe deer can be organised on the estate surrounding the lodge, by prior arrangement and in the appropriate season. There is a nearby whisky distillery that is worth a visit.
