Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable when the booking is made. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A Security Bond of $220 / £150 is also payable when the remainder of the balance is paid. This is fully refundable (within 2 weeks of vacating the property) subject to a satisfactory status report from the Management Company. If the booking is cancelled within the 8 weeks, the full amount of the vacation is due unless a further booking at the same rate can be taken. If so the initial deposit will only be non refundable. The Security Bond will still be fully refunded. If the booking is cancelled between the date of booking and 8 weeks from the arrival date then the initial deposit will only be non refundable.
    Pool heat is available if required, however, this is an extra cost of $20 / £14 per day.
    Bookings will be subject to a Cleaning Fee of $60 / £40, if the duration is LESS than seven nights.
  • SPECIAL OFFERS may be available for Last Minute bookings and for Long Term bookings of between one and three months.
    Discounts, on prices quoted, on this website, may be available at the time of enquiry, depending on the availability of the villa.

Children are more than welcome and to give parents peace of mind, there are several child safety features. A cot / crib is available, if required, along with a high chair and push chair / stroller. High bolts are fitted to both patio sliding doors, leading to the pool area, unreachable for any small child, a safety fence surrounds the pool and a stair safety gate is also available to use.
