    - Security deposit: €1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

    - Additional requirements: Cots/high chairs, washing facilities, extra mattresses are all available free of charge. Please ensure that your requirements are noted at time of booking.

    -Bed Linen is included free of charge in your booking rates. Should you require towels, these are available at a cost of £5 per set in advance or €7.50 on arrival. Each set consists of 1 large bath sheet, 1 hand towel and 1 large pool towel. Please ensure that your requirements are noted at time of booking in order that these are available upon arrival.

    - Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
    - End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
  • The owner is happy to help in any way that she can. Please give prior notice. She has friendly links to a few local vineyards so if you do wish to go wine tasting locally please ask.
