Villa Marella is located about 70 metres from the sea and about 40 meters above sea level on 4.500 sq metres of land. The architectural style of the villa and the interior decoration is more traditional. Outside there is a spacious sunbathing area around a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is from the villa direct access to the sea where a platform has been built exclusively for the guests of Villa Lefkas. When entering the villa you arrive in a spacious living room with separate living and dining area. There is an open fire and a sheltered veranda stretching over the whole front of the villa. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas. There is a wooden deck at the sea coast for private use of Villa Lefkada guests to sunbath, fish or swim in the sea while enjoying the sailing boats that pass by. The nearest beach with facilities is a short drive away and offers water sports as well as a taverna. With the pretty harbour side village of Sivota only a couple of kilometres away, you will find good restaurants and shops nearby. Sunbathing Platform at the Seacoast: For sea bathers, there is direct access to the sea from the villa. At the seacoast there is a platform exclusively for the guests of Villa Lefkas for sunbathing, fishing or swimming/snorkelling in the sea We have locally two hostesses who take care for the villa's and who can assist customers when required.
