    Payments:
    Final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
    For holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving and Easter) must be paid in full.

    Every reservation made within 60 days prior to the arrival must be paid in full.
    There will be a confirmation form sent to you, concerning your reservation and receipts for all payments.
  • Cancellation Penalties:
    Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of deposit.
    Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival : forfeit 100% of payment.
    No refunds due to hurricanes or any other natural disaster.

The second bedroom has two double beds and all the amenities you'll need for comfort and convenience on your vacation: one flat panel w/DVD and MP3 player, VHS, and a selection of movies for your enjoyment. In this bedroom we can accommodate up to four people comfortable.

The large living-dining room overlooks the emerald green waters of the Caribbean Sea. Just a few steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world, your unrealized fountain of youth fantasy will disappear as your feet touch this solid ground of tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, glassware, cutlery and sufficient utensils and cookware for six people. A large breakfast bar with 3 seats makes informal breakfast a snap. Condo La Mirage # 2 has gorgeous balconies with 2 hammocks and and modern terrace furniture so you can enjoy the ocean view and breeze. Hacienda Las Tortugas Condos next door has a swimming pool for your use so take the plunge whenever you like. Also La Lunita beachfront restaurant on site with indoor and outdoor dining, full bar and innovative menu. Open for dinner daily. (One of my favorites: Coconut shrimp, beef w/ mustard sauce, tortilla soup, etc)
