  • Bathrooms were totally replaced when the home was remodeled the two main baths have granite tops and double sinks. The master has a large glass surround screen and a whirlpool bath. An outside shower has been installed beside the pool for you to wash off your sunscreen or simply cool down!

The linens and towels are replaced regularly and are all Ralph Lauren or similar quality. The master bedroom overlooks the rear canal and the beautiful sunrise, the second bedroom over looks the pool and sunrise , while the other two large bedrooms are located towards the front of the property and overlook the golf course. This home has been designed and equipped with everything thinkable for you enjoyment to make your vacation unforgettable. The gourmet kitchen has been stocked with all gadgets you may need, complete with a separate wine fridge, it is very large and perfect for entertaining. This home is very spacious and bright, with a private setting.

Ther is a perfect mall for shopaholics at the Ellenton outlet mall, shopping at St Armands, Southgate Plaza and International Plaza for the sassy shopper. There are many interesting shops locally on the Island selling all sorts of treasures!
