The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance. If required, pool heating is an additional £150 per week. During a weekly stay, the Maids will visit mid week to change the towels and freshen the house. A fortnightly stay will also include a full clean after a week, an additional towel change plus a linen change.
  • Booking Notes: 30% of the total amount to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Refundable £500 breakages deposit payable with the final balance. A full copy of the Terms & Conditions are available on request.

The twin bedroom has access to the outside terrace area which overlooks the pool and rear garden areas. The 5th bedroom is located in the basement and has twin beds and en suite facilities. There is also a door to access the lower garden. There is ample built-in wardrobe space in all 5 bedrooms.

Golf Information The nearest golf courses are Quinta do Lago North, Quinta do Lago South, Pinheiros Altos & São Lourenço which are all about 5 mins drive away. 10 mins drive away & you will find 2 courses at Vale do Lobo. There are 5 courses at Vilamoura :The Old Course, Laguna, Millennium, Pinhal & Victoria, & Vila Sol currently has 1 golf course. These will take you around 15 mins to drive to. There are of course many more courses along the coast. Please ask for details on discounted green fees.
