Outside Every outdoor amenities are panoramic to the open breathtaking lagoon, beach and surrounding hills views. Large pool, built in such a way, that for users it seems the pool extends to Obidos Lagoon, outdoor shower, waterfall. Health and environmental friendly pool water desinfection system Beautiful pond feature intensively visited by birds, including endangered species. A number of sun terraces and balconies,stylish BBQ at pool level, bush fence. Extensive gardens, multicoloured flowers, olive and pine trees. Outdoor gym, children playground, wide parking area. Minigolf with 6 holes No need of stairs for external access to both floors and gardens

Beaches, sports Some beaches are a surfers paradise, while others (sometimes right in front) are suitable for children. Calm Lagoon waters are perfect for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, windsurfing, wake boarding and 1minute driving there's a sailing club which can provide lessons and equipment for these activities. Baleal, the charming calm waters beach connecting to land the little village located on an isthmus, is 30 mins by car. A 15 mins driving is São Martinho beach, a unique shell featured bay of calm waters, entering taoeu. Within 30 mins driving there's a number of excellent golf courses, including the number one of Portugal at Praia del Rey.

Other activities Silver Coast has so much to offer, from so many fantastic beaches, ancient towns and villages to explore, to the wide varied scenic countryside with an abundance of fauna and flora. Obidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Mafra, Santarém, Sintra, the Templar city of Tomar, and LIsbon are places to emphasize deserving a visit. The nearby traditional fishermen old towns of Peniche and Nazaré with their beaches and fresh fish restaurants deserve a visit as well. The pilgrimage town of Fatima and the natural caves are 1 hour by car. Although the villa location, Obidos Lagoon is a fantastic asset of Portugal, is just a piece of the rich natural Silver Coast Heritage. Other activities can be walk along vast beaches and cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. Delight fantastic local wines, seafood, Portuguese cooking and confectionery. In the region there's a number of festivities, concerts and events through the year.

Golf Information: Within 30 mins driving there's a number of excellent golf courses, including the number one of Portugal at Praia del Rey.
