Rental Rates for the villa in the Bahamas



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Prices are for 4 persons staying in the 2 master beds of the main house. Please call for specific rates, we are able to increase the accommodation at additional cost subject to numbers - up to 8 plus 2 children.

  • Rates are in USD for accommodation and include local taxes. Rates are based on availability and may be subject to change without notice. Price do include a one time cleaning/service fee of USD 100.
  • Rates vary from 3500 per week to 3000 per week for up to 4 person using the 2 master beds in the main house. Daily rates can vary from 200 to 800 dollars, all subject to number of occupants, season and amenities required.

    Additional separate double suites are available at a minimum rate of 200 USD per night subject to availability.
