  • When your stay is for longer than one week, laundering of apartment bed linen and towels is provided free. Cleaning of the apartment can also be provided if requested.
    There is private parking, and security service. Maintenance of the apartment and surrounding area is provided.
    Access to all pool areas is included.
    If you want to use the Golf Course and Spa facilities please advise us in plenty of time to enable playa macenas membership card to be issued.
  • A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure rental with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 refundable damage deposit is required with final balance.
    Confirmation of arrival times is required 3 days prior to arrival, as flight times can change. You are required to vacate the apartment by 11.a.m. on departure day.
    If Playa Macenas provisional Membership Card is required to access Golf and Beach Club this MUST be advised with final payment, otherwise the membership cannot be guaranteed.
  • Nearest airport is Almeria. Flights are available to Almeria airport(approx 75kms from apartment) from Manchester, Birmingham, Gatwick, Glasgow,and Belfast (in 2008, more airlines may fly to this popular airport in 2009).
    There is a new Toll road opened from Murcia making travelling from Murcia airport easier. Murcia has daily flights from most airports.
    Daily flights are available from most airports to Alicante.

There are three outdoor pools and one children's pool. All of the pools are within walking distance and one of the pools is situated opposite the front door. At the pool there are toilet and shower facilities and it is surrounded by a large decked area suitable for sunbathing. Access to the beach is via safe under ground passes.
