  • Minimum 5 nights, maximum 4 weeks. Rates include weekly clean, towels and linen change, if reserved for two weeks or more. Your greeter will greet you at the property and show you round the flat. He or she will also answer any questions you have about the area. You will need to pay the greeter 50 Pounds for greeting and cleaning if you arrive during the day (10AM to 8PM) or 60 pounds for later or earlier if available.

    There are no other charges.

    A £250 deposit is required to reserve the property. The property is not confirmed until this is confirmed as received. This is not refunded should you cancel.
  • To prevent fraud, you cannot overpay and have the balance transferred to a 3rd party.
  • You also need to pay a £250 security deposit via credit card, paypal or cash. This is returned within 7 days so long as there were no breakages etc less any bank charges incurred by us for international bank transfers.
