Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • For long term rental rates, please contact the owners To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required. Cancellation: if a confirmed booking is cancelled after paying the 50% deposit but over 3 months before the start of the rental period, a cancellation charge of 25% will be made. If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 months of the start of the rental period, the total amount of the deposit will be retained. If however, the relevant rental period is subsequently let, an administrative fee of 20% will be retained and the balance refunded. If there is a difference in rent received, S.A.R.L. Clos Mirabel will be entitled to retain the difference.

    NB Weekly rentals: linen is charged at 16 euros pp including pool towels. Beds are made for arrival. If end of stay cleaning is required it is charged at 65 euros.
    For weekend or nightly rentals (min.2 nights) the rate is based on 2 persons. 15 euros pp per night is charged for each additional occupant Linen and cleaning is included

The room is full of light which comes from an extra large window in the roof with lovely skyscapes. The tones are neutral and relaxing with all the old beams still left in place. The bedroom has different lighting options with excellent reading lamps. The Mezzanine Bedroom is surrounded by windows looking out over the park and is separated from the Master Bedroom by a landing and small hallway.

The Manor House Apartment is fully independent. It covers 3 floors and is full of natural light with lovely views out over the park. The bedrooms are well separated and private. The Apartment benefits from use of the large south facing terrace overlooking the Clos Mirabel vineyard to the entire chain of the Pyrénées Atlantiques; Ideal for l'apératif and 'al fresco' dining.The large outdoor pool, heated by solar energy is also there for your pleasure as well as any of the amenities of the park (swings, trampoline, climbing frame, badmington, boules). Linen and cleaning can be provided at an extra charge.
