  • Upon booking a 25% deposit is required with the balance due six weeks before the arrival date. Guests cancelling reservations less than 6 weeks in advance will forfeit all paid monies (except for the security deposit which will be refunded).

    Also, a $150.00/£100.00 security deposit will be requested at final payment, 6 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded after departure, upon full inspection of the property.

    Unfortunately, for stays of 5 nights or less we have to charge a cleaning charge £45/$65 (approx.). If you would like to stay less than 5 nights please email for the details.
