Alverton Villa has a large sitting/dining room with french doors leading out onto a large patio which overlooks the Caribbean sea. The patio also has an area for alfresco dining, which is approximately 10m from the gates opening onto the beach. The garden has a BBQ grill, beach chairs, chair pads and garden shower. Alverton Villa has direct access to the beach from the garden. The garden is shared but each apartment has its own private space. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a separate WC.
