  • Deposit of 25% required to book any booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
    A security deposit of $200 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded upon return of the house keys to the management and following inventory checks but within 14 days of your departure, except in the unlikely event of any loss or damage to the property or its contents, late departure from the property, non return of keys, excessive telephone use, etc. Any resultant costs will be taken from this deposit and the balance refunded. A cleaning charge of $85 will be made for stays less than 5 nights.
    Bookings can also be accepted in Pounds Sterling or Euros. Contact us for rates.

  • Arriving after a long journey? For your convenience we can have a Welcome Pack waiting for you. We have 3 to chose from; Breakfast Pack ($60.00), Lunch Plus Pack ($85.00), Dinner Plus Pack($105.00). If you are traveling with tots we can also provide a Baby Pack ($70.00)
