  • All bathrooms have recently been renovated with fine materials. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, and each one has a shower. There are no bathtubs but there is a brand new outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool.

  • Each of the four bedrooms has a recently renovated en suite bathroom, air conditioning, spacious closets, a wall safe, a TV and an iPod player. Each room is decorated with a different theme. There are three bedrooms upstairs: The king-sized bed is in the Fauna room, with a jungle theme. The room includes his and her desk spaces with ample electrical outlets and wireless internet access. The Flora room contains a large double bed (queen) and is decorated with a flower theme. It has an enclosed balcony with a view over the lush and mature tropical garden. The Aves room has beautiful paintings of birds, and contains two double beds. It also has a mezzanine accessible with a ladder. The room downstairs, called Populi, is decorated with colourful Haitian paintings of people. It is a spacious studio with two double beds, a foldout sofa bed, and a kitchenette including fridge, microwave and sink. This room has a separate entrance from outside.

The house is not particularly wheelchair accessible because there are steps leading up to the front door. However, for the elderly or infirm who are mobile, the studio bedroom downstairs is accessible without further stairs, and contains a mini-kitchen so the person does not have to walk to the main kitchen.
