Stays of under 6 Nights Please add a $95.00 booking fee.Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are payable in full. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are restaurants and shops close by and our developments are easily reached via Interstate 75 (Junction 131) which is just 15 minutes East. Sarasota to the North and Naples to the South are both easily reached for an afternoons shopping spree and no Southern Florida vacation is complete without a visit to the Everglades
