Just 10 to 15 minutes to the warm powder sands of various Gulf Coast beaches, 5 minutes to the Sarasota City Center, and just across the street from a variety of shopping and fine dining!!!

The neighbourhood of North Sarasota is the NEWEST part of the city: quiet, safe and convenient to everything. From our Holiday Home it takes just 15 minutes to arrive to the warm sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and it is close to MANY Restaurants, Florida's #1 Supermarket, Cafes, and Shops which are just across the street (One can walk there if one desires). The Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is just 5 minutes away, though cheaper flights can be found into Tampa, Orlando, or Ft. Myers. Orlando is just 2 hours away and Tampa is only a 30 minute drive (During high traffic it will take one about 45 minutes to 1 hour to arrive from Tampa International Airport. There is no location closer in Sarasota, and there are SEVERAL activities and attractions to occupy one for WEEKS in this tropical paradise!!!

  • Monthly Rental Rates: January- March - $ 2750/monthly. April-September - Just $2450 /monthly. November-December - $1900/monthly. Rentals of 3 months or more will receive an additional 10 % discount! Please ask for specialized rate and availability. Flexibility in travel dates can often get you a discount or even a FREE night.
  • Reservation Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $200.00 USD (or 20 %, whichever is greater) is required at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Please make this payment by check or money order in U.S. funds or if paying by credit card, please fill in the information at the bottom of the Reservation Agreement.

    In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date. Security Deposit: A 'damage & theft' deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required (may be “held” on a credit card as an authorization but it is not charged in advance). The authorization is cancelled within one week after departure date if no damage or theft has occurred to the property and if you have left the unit and contents in the same condition as they were
