    * PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY cheque (GBP £ Sterling), check (US $ Dollars), credit/debit card via Paypal (3.5%fee)
    * RATES INCLUSIVE OF ALL LOCAL TAXES & CLEANING (additional cleaning charge of £60/$85 is payable for stays less than 7 nights.)
    A deposit of £100 / $150 per week is required at time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at property.
    At time of final payment a security deposit of £150 / $250 will also be taken against the property. This will be refunded in full after a satisfactory end of rental inspection from our management company.
    Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in a 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in a 100% loss of total rental cost.
    CHECK IN - a digital door entry system is in place and the code will be given to you prior to your arrival.
    SECURITY ALARM - the code will be given prior to arrival
  • Check-in time is after 4.00pm although we may be able to accommodate earlier check-in if required.
    Check-out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Late check-out may be available if organised in advance.

    ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
    A cot, high chair and stroller is provided in our home for guests use at no extra charge. Bedlinen for cot must be brought by guest.
    BBQ's available at an extra charge, payable locally on-site to my management company.
    Management Office is located directly across street from my house at 2718 Impala Lane and office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

Travel crib, high chair and stroller available in house for guests use at no extra charge. Guests should bring bedding for travel cot.

A Day Spa is located only 5 minutes walk from our house in Old Town offering a wide range of treatments including Massage Therapies, Body Treatments, Speciality Treatments, Specialized Nail Care, Makeup Artistry, Depilatory Waxing and other luxuries. A fitness centre is also located 15 mins walk away at Water Tower Plaza, next to entrance to Celebration. The property is self-catering and guests will need to provide toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc. The property is cleaned at the end of each rental, although mid-stay cleans are available at additional cost. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home for your convenience.
