  • Pool & Spa heat is available for £18/$30USD per day (only required during the months of Oct to March). Heating must be booked for a min. of 3 consecutive days. All prices inc. 13% Florida Sales Tax. Booking Dep. of £250/$500USD must be received within 7 days of booking to guarantee your reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival . Security Deposit - We do not take a security deposit as we trust our guests to treat our house with respect.. Cancellation chages policy - bookings cancelled in excess of 6 months of arrival 50% of dep. will be refunded. Cancellations within 6 months of arrival but before 6 wks of arrival will receive a refund of 25% of dep., bookings canceled within 6 wks of arrival will receive a refund of 50% of total rental provided full payment has been made. If full rental has not been paid then no refund of dep. will be made. If full payment has not been received by 2 wks prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
  • Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival and Check-out is by 10am on day of departure. If you require an earlier Check-in or later Check-out please contact us to arrange. Late Check-out's may be available if it is not a changeover day when other guests are checking in, a small charge will be applied for this.
