This charming refuge, 'a Casinha' as the locals say, has all it takes for a romantic get-away: the rustic luxury of antique rural furniture; a bathroom with a generous tub, period fittings, towel heaters and views of the hills; tropical wood parquet flooring in bed– and bathroom that are a treat for bare feet; air-conditioning to cool siestas on hot summer afternoons and for chilly winter evenings, a glowing wood-burning double-faced fireplace to be enjoyed from an armchair in the living room or from the pillows when reading in bed. Utter snug comfort for two! The privacy of a walled terrace overlooking the ocean and shaded by a bougainvillea canopy is a daily invitation for an ”al fresco” lunch; even in wintertime the midday sun will often beckon.     Not included are beach towels, laundry, maid service, table dh?te, additional beds, babysitting, bikes, etc. which can eventually be provided by arrangement.
    Some applicable extra charges: A/C 35/week; extra bed: 70-105/week, washing machine: 3/turn, bikes 25/week.
  • ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE.
    The accommodation will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival till 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. A half day up to a full day rent may be charged if the accommodation is to be made available before 16:00/12:00 hrs on the day of arrival or after 10:00/14:00 hrs on the day of departure, provided such arrangements are possible.
  • BOOKINGS, payments and cancellations by Client
    A non refundable down payment of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking as a confirmation of the same and of acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions with the remaining 75% being payable not later than 12 weeks before arrival date. Failure to pay timely the full balance will be considered a cancellation by Client. Following reimbursement schedule will apply in case of cancellation:
    - 83 to 56 days before arrival date: 50%
    - 55 to 28 days before arrival date: 25%
    - less than 28 days before arrival date: 10% of the total rent.
    Guests may be requested to put up a security deposit.
