Enjoy this building with two two story, two bedroom townhouses with central air throughout. Reserved for adults only, it is ideal for groups of individual couples, families with adult children, or friends travelling together. Located directly on Yal-Ku lagoon, these two luxurious townhouses offer privacy but convenient access to the lagoon, the ocean, nearby restaurants, and the many activities in and around Akumal. The ground floors contain the living rooms and dining rooms which overlook the lagoon, the kitchens, baths, and laundry areas. Each has a flat screen TV is attached to a satellite with US content and a DVD/CD player. Open WiFi Internet connection is available at no cost, and there is a free VOIP telephone for incoming calls and outgoing calls to the US. Rent both sides for up to 4 couples (maximum of 8), or rent one side or the other for smaller groups. Blue Tang can also be combined with Casa Romero and/or the French Angel townhouses for larger groups.

YAL KU LAGOON A true jewel of Mexico, Yal Ku Lagoon offers magnificent snorkelling for both the novice and experienced swimmer. Protected from the ocean waves, you can float along and see schools of sergeant fish, blue tangs, and others. Many varieties of parrot fish chomp on the algae on the rocks while angel fish and others swim about. You can also swim towards the inlet to the see: a shallow sandy area where you can sometimes see a turtle or a ray. Other great snorkelling and diving are available nearby including in caves and cenotes as well as the nearby coral reefs.

TREVEL INSURANCE For your protection, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance as protection for your vacation. Travel insurance can protect you from many losses you might otherwise incur because of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injuries, and mandatory evacuations. Note that we can not generally provide refunds for cancellations or interrupted stays. We do recommend travel insurance so that you can be protected.

REFUNDS We do not generally provide refunds. However, if the airport is closed by the authorities or if there is a mandatory evacuation, we carry forward your unused payments (pro-rated) toward a later reservation up to 18 months.
