Details for Flat 7 - first floor with balcony in Bavaria, Germany

A 3 star qualified vacation home in the picturesque village of Ruhpolding. Your vacation home is on the first floor and comprises: a living room with a 3 seater: 2 armchairs and an extendable couch (for a possible third and fourth person), which can sleep to additional persons comfortably. There is a dining area, a round table with 4 chairs and a built-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe for all your clothes and a bathroom with a shower unit, a wash basin and a toilet. In the Souterrain we have for all our guests: a sauna with a shower area, a rest room and a toilet as well as a separate table tennis room. Flat for non smokers and no pets allowed. You will find in the immediate area a supermarket, a few good restaurants, a tennis paradise (in- and outside) and horse riding. Please note that this is a no-smokers flat and pets are not allowed in.
