Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $690-1185/Week
  • Discounted rates are listed below and are subject to change. Contact me for a rate, see my calendar for future availability. A one time $71 cleaning fee, 12% FL taxes (local and st) are additional, $200 deposit required upon making a reservation and balance is due in full within a month of arrival. The main office confirms reservations and handles all billing.

    Special Rate:
    November 27th - December 3rd 6 nights - escape the beginning of winter!!! -- Very special rate $98/night. Plus $71 cleaning and Florida tax. Min. stay 3 nights, $98/night. For this unique location - it's an amazing rate.

    December 30th - January 31st is now available due to a recent cancellation. Please contact me via email and I'll offer you a very nice rate. Minimum stay 3 nights. Best rate I'm offering is a weekly rate and if you would like longer than a week then I'll do even better, etc.
