Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $1125 per week including all taxes
  • Rental rates include: Florida State & Tourist Tax, utilities, bed linen, towels, pool towels, unlimited wireless internet, local phone calls, use of safe, child's travel crib, highchair, stroller & stair guard.
    There is a supplement of $110 for stays of 7 nights or less.

    Electric heating for the pool and in-ground spa is $200 per week from October-April. From May-September, heating is optional, but is recommended for your additional enjoyment, and is offered at he discounted rate of $100 per week. It is not possible to have spa heat without pool heat.
  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which must be paid by Paypal (no convenience charge).
    A refundable security bond of $500 is required with your final balance, this will normally be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, assuming no loss or damage at the property.

    Payment may be made byPaypal (3.5% convenience charge), or by check mailed to our management company in the US.

    If we do not have guests arriving the same day as you leave, we are delighted to offer you the option of a free late check-out, but as you will appreciate we may not be able to confirm this facility until very close to your arrival. If you would like to guarantee a late-check out, this may be done for a payment of an additional night's accommodation.

The extended pool deck is massive, even with 6 pool loungers, 10 arm chairs, and 3 tables it doesn't feel cramped! Tropical landscaping and outside garden lighting create a very special atmosphere at night if you are dining 'al-fresco'. Furniture, pictures, lamps and greenery have been individually chosen to create an extra-special dimension to your vacation. INSIDE OUR HOME........... 'Sandpipers' is much larger than most 5 bedroom rental homes, with 3000 sq ft of living space - so however large your party is, you'll never feel cramped, as there is ample room to spread out & be comfortable. Entry to 'Sandpipers' is by a coded electronic key lock, so there's no hassle going elsewhere first to collect keys. You walk in to the lovely Living Room, with sofa, love seat & chaise. There is a professional Slate Bed Pool Table at the rear of the Living Room. The open plan rear of the house overlooks the pool & deck & includes a spacious Kitchen with large self-cleaning gas oven & hob, a Dining Area, huge Family Room with a 56ins TV, CD and DVD player. There is a Powder Room, plus a Utility Room with large washer & separate dryer, & access to the garage. Unlike many Florida vacation homes, the double garage with automatic door opener is available for your use - so you don't have to put up with getting into a hot car each morning!

As you enjoy the far-reaching views over Conservation Wetlands, you'll feel a million miles away from the hustle & bustle of the theme parks & shopping malls. The very private, extra-large, extended south & west facing deck gives you the benefit of enjoying maximum sun and the spectacular Florida sunsets. The spacious lanai provides plenty of shade & has a ceiling fan for extra cooling - a fabulous place to enjoy an al fresco meal. The pool is sanitized through a special salt system, not chlorinated, which means no more stinging eyes or bleached clothing. There is ample luxury pool furniture for everyone to be comfortable.
